Items need to be original condition to be returned:

1. It should be new with tag.

2. Never worn or washed.

3. Originally packaged.

For Custom orders， there is a 20% restocking fee，if you have any problem please feel free to contact with us,we could make return or a exchange .

If you decide to post with Registered Mail or International Courier per your choice and expense, make sure to request a full coverage tracking number, because in this case our team is not responsible and cannot guarantee delivery.and inform us the tracking NO in 7 days of delivery.

Keep in mind declared excess value increases the chance of delay at Customs and Duty fees. SimpleLinenLife is not responsible for additional custom fees.

Shipping costs are not subject to return.

Return shipping cost should paid by buyer if the coat is not with a quality problem
