Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within 15 days of delivery.

  • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returned items must be in their original condition:

  1. New and unused, with original tags attached.

  2. Never worn, altered, or washed.

  3. Returned in the original packaging.

For custom-made orders, a 20% restocking fee may apply. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us first. We will do our best to offer a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution.

If you choose to return an item using Registered Mail or an International Courier, please provide a valid tracking number. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the package until it is received by us.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Simple Linen Life is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
